Daimon™ was born at Alterreno from observing how horses respond to human presence when there is nothing to perform and nothing to prove. These encounters are not about riding, but about connection, with oneself or with others.
Within a safe and guided setting, horses reflect what is real, allowing clarity to emerge naturally. There are no expected outcomes and no pressure to change.

You live the encounter
A full day at Alterreno, on the ground, in the open air. From thirty minutes to two hours, as long as the truth needs.

No. Everything happens on the ground. The Daimon™ was made for people who have never touched a horse, and for those who are afraid of them.
Then you are exactly who this is for. You are guided, step by step, and never left alone. The fear is often the doorway.
No. We’re not therapists. Daimon™ is experiential, you work with horses, guided by expert facilitators. Many participants are in therapy and find this complements it beautifully. Some aren’t in therapy at all. Both are welcome.
It might last one hour. It might last three. The duration is never predetermined, because it depends on how the horse responds and how you engage. Each moment unfolds naturally between horse and human. A short video assessment comes first.
Yes. Tears and relief are part of it, a release, not a danger. You move at your own pace, with nothing to prove.
Only to arrive as you are. We handle everything else, from the assessment to choosing your horses to guiding the day.
All work is on the ground, no riding required. We adapt to each person, and have worked with people from 10 to 85, with various physical abilities.
12 months from purchase. Plenty of time to find the right day, and freely reschedulable within that period. Just let us know, life happens.
We have covered areas and adapt the program. Weather is part of the experience, some of the most powerful sessions happen in mist or light rain. Only extreme conditions require rescheduling.

Fair question. Daimon™ is a full day with a private assessment, expert facilitators, multiple horses, all materials, a Tuscan lunch and 20+ years of expertise. Set it against a day at a spa (€200-300, forgotten in a week), a weekend away (€400-600, pleasant memories) or a few therapy sessions (€80-150 per hour). Many tell us it is the most meaningful day they have ever given themselves.
