Alterreno Passage™

Our Passage™ service is designed for owners who come to Alterreno with a clear intention: to dedicate themselves fully to a period of learning, growth and reconnection with their horse. It supports those who choose to step into an immersive experience, whether pursuing professional training or a deeper personal journey through the relationship with their horse. While the owner focuses entirely on their path with our instructors, the horse is welcomed into a structured and attentive environment, ensuring continuity, care and stability throughout the stay. This creates the conditions for meaningful progress, where both horse and rider can evolve together with clarity and purpose.

Pro Level Service
Alterreno Rider™

Our Rider™ service is designed for owners who wish to manage their horse’s care personally, supported by a structured and essential framework. Horses are accommodated in spacious, light filled and well ventilated private stables, each with direct access to an individual paddock. The livery includes daily turnout into natural grass paddocks, where fresh water is always available and manually checked. Alterreno operates as a club and membership is subject to an annual subscription, included within the monthly fee with a minimum commitment of one year.

Alterreno Classic™

Our entry-level service offers comprehensive care for your horse. Horses are accommodated in spacious, light-filled and well-ventilated private stables with direct access to their own small individual paddock. The daily routine includes tailored feeding plans and daily turnout into expansive natural grass paddocks, where fresh water is always available and checked manually. This structure is designed to promote the horse’s overall wellbeing, both physical and emotional. Monthly updates are provided.

ENHANCED LEVEL SERVICE
Alterreno Heritage™

The Alterreno Heritage™ includes all Classic™ services and adds a dedicated wellness and movement programme, periodic osteopathic and veterinary checks as needed, training sessions up to twelve times per month and monthly profile updates for each horse.

Initial osteopathic and veterinary check upon arrival for full assessment
Enriched feeding and nutritional supplements
Up to twelve monthly training sessions (groundwork or riding)
Periodic osteopathic and veterinary assessments as needed
Management of additional services through the APA, an annual deposit of €1600 from which any extra costs related to the horse are deducted monthly and documented with regular receipts
TOP TIER LEVEL SERVICE
Alterreno Custom™

The Custom™ Membership includes all Classic™ and Heritage™ services, together with a dedicated groom seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. The programme provides daily wellness and movement activities, alongside up to one training session per day, for a total of 20 to 30 sessions per month, according to the horse’s personalised training programme. The Membership also includes assistance with documentation, transport arrangements and administrative procedures, as well as regular osteopathic treatments, veterinary examinations (excluding specialised therapies) and farrier or hoof-trimming services as required. Daily biomechanical and behavioural assessments are conducted to monitor the horse’s physical condition, movement and behaviour, with findings documented in a comprehensive monthly progress report.

The Membership provides access to:
All Heritage™ services, plus the below
Dedicated groom, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays
Osteopathic, veterinary and farrier or hoof-trimming services. Dental examinations when required. ⁠Daily biomechanical and behavioural assessments
Provision of dedicated storage containers for specialised feed and supplements, together with the management of individual feeding programmes, including dietary planning, sourcing, purchasing, storage and daily preparation and administration of specific feeds and nutritional products according to the horse’s individual requirements
Assistance with documentation, transport arrangements and administrative procedures. Comprehensive initial consultation and assessment report, including personalised behavioural and rehabilitation plans
Management of additional services through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance), an annual deposit of €3,200 from which all additional horse-related expenses, including specialised feed and supplements, are deducted monthly. Each expense is itemised and supported by the relevant receipts
Retirement Livery
Alterreno Old Souls™

This service covers daily care for your horse, from turnout and bringing in to stall cleaning, fresh hay and water, tailored feeding, rug adjustments and routine leg and hoof care. Support is provided seven days a week.
