Activities

Teams work together with horses in a controlled yet natural paddock environment. The team is paired with horses selected according to profile and both personal and group goals. Collective exercises developed from identified challenges may include human-horse connection through breathwork, nonverbal leadership activities requiring authentic presence rather than hierarchical control, building mutual trust demanding vulnerability and consistency and cooperation toward shared goals.

ACTIVITIES SPECIFICS:
Matched horse-human pairing: Participants work with horses selected for both personal profile and team role
Collective paddock work: Teams engage with horses revealing their actual communication patterns
Breathwork connection: Establishing collective presence through synchronized breathing
Trust and cooperation: Achieving shared objectives with horses requiring genuine coordination, mutual support
Nonverbal leadership: Discovering authentic influence emerging from presence rather than positional authority
The transformation journey
Structure

Complete format includes preliminary team assessment via video call, approximately one hour. Individual evaluations with each participant, fifteen minutes each, conducted in person or remotely. These occur roughly one month before the experience, enabling thorough analysis by Angelika, Sybille and Jo who design customised experiential session. On-site day includes up to three hours, flexibly adapted based on group response and horse interaction.
