Opportunities at Alterreno

Open Positions at Alterreno Team

At Alterreno, we build our team with the same precision and care we bring to every aspect of the club. This page exists for those rare individuals who understand what we are creating here: a place where horsemanship, ethics and excellence are not aspirations but standards lived daily. If you have studied our philosophy and recognise yourself in it completely, if the prospect of contributing to one of Europe’s finest equestrian centres genuinely moves you, then we invite you to consider the position below. We update this page as new opportunities arise.
We are seeking an exceptional professional to take full responsibility for the daily operational management of Alterreno and support the founder in preserving continuity, excellence and long-term vision.

Background and Context

“Over recent years, the primary focus of my role has shifted increasingly away from what has always been the driving force behind Alterreno’s creation and development: breeding and training horses, educating riders, and designing and organising complementary events and activities that bring real value to our work.

I have found myself dedicating more and more time to tasks that, whilst equally important to the running of the centre, have taken me away from my core skills and passion. The moment has come to change this situation and find someone who will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management, allowing me to return fully to my true role at Alterreno. I need support in running the business and a reliable professional who can step in during my absence.”
– Angelika Schneider
